According to your requests, we release a new feature called Internal Agents<\/strong> – you can use them as a source for the reservation. You can assign an agent to any non-channel reservation at the bottom of the reservation card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standart account allows you to add up to 250 agents. To add new agent simply navigate to Agents -> Internal agents<\/a>. You can assign any color, activate and deactivate them. All reservations with assigned agents reflected in Financial Reports<\/a> which allows you to Agent activities with a simple click. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
