1. River View Apartment - two bedrooms, each bedroom with attached bathroom with hot water. Big Living and Dining room, Kitchen, Fridge, Big terrace. Max 4 Adults + 1 kid
Each bedroom has A/C, huge sliding glass doors with the terrace entrance. Master bedroom with a queen size bed (200×160) and another bedroom with a bed (200×160)
Terrace has a nice relax corner, hammock, table and chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy the stunning jungle view. Every evening you can observe the life of their inhabitants, monkeys, lizards, chipmunks, birds, peacocks.
Kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, electric kettle and all necessary utensils.
Living rom has dinner table for 4 person, sofa and armchair, LCD TV, Sattelite channels, XBOX.
All bedrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace equipped with a ceiling fans.

2. Garden View Apartment – Two bedrooms, each bedroom with attached bathroom with hot water, kitchen , big terrace and private balcony. Max 5 pax
Master Bedroom: Air Condition, King Size bed, Sliding glass doors with the entrance to a small private balcony with chairs and table, a small sofa. Safe box. LCD TV, Sattelite channels
Second bedroom with a double bed and single bed, Air Condition.
Big Terrace: Dinning table, armchairs, garden view.

3. Garden Suite – big bedroom on the ground floor with attached bathroom with hot water, a/c, big terrace. Max 3 pax

4. Ground Apartment - Two bedroom apartments for the family with a kid or friends. Spacious living room with LCD TV, Sattelite channels, armchairs and sofa. Huge kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator, gas stove. Master bedroom with king-size bed and second bedroom with a standard double bed. Only one bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Spacious terrace with a garden view. The terrace is shared with Garden Suite room. Has 4 armchairs, sofa and two tables. Audio system with Bluetooth connectivity allows to stream music right from your Smartphone. Ground Apartments can be interconnected with the Garden Suite. In this case the guests will got all ground floor of the building.

Cleaning and towel changing twice per week and include in price. We provide a beach towels (pay extra)
All utility bills included in price.

Children between 0-5 years will not be allowed. Children over 5 years will be allowed and considered as adults.
On check in you have to pay 150$ insurance deposit. For the case of damage case. Money will be refunded on check out.  During the New Year holidays from 28 of December until 9 of January, the minimum term of stay is 12 nights
