href=\"https:\/\/www.airbnb.com\/help\/article\/1244\/how-do-i-add-a-cohost-to-my-listing\"> Co-Host for your property<\/a>, otherwise we will not be able to update your rates in Airbnb and provide instant sync.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">If you want to sync prices from Effective Tours to Airbnb, you have to be sure,  that Smart Pricing feature in Airbnb is switched Effective Tours in red color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default\"><p>IMPORTANT:  Airbnb do not export blocked dates. In case if you simply block a date in Airbnb it will make no effect in Effective Tours. That&#8217;s the standard behavior of Airbnb and cannot be changed<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Syncing Effective Tours with Airbnb<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">    Open Agenda in Effective Tours and make a right mouse click (Control button on Mac) on Export Ical icon, next to the room name you want to sync with your Airbnb listing to copy the link in to Clipboard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"556\" height=\"333\" src=\"https:\/\/effectivetours.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/image-26.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-569\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.effectivetours.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/image-26.png 556w, https:\/\/blog.effectivetours.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/image-26-300x180.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Open your Airbnb listing on the same page you did before, when you sync Airbnb with Effective Tours and click Import Calendar link. In case if you already activate Instant Sync &#8211; all changes in both calendars will be reflected on another one within less than a minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default\"><p>If you have any difficulties with Airbnb, follow<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" this instructions (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.airbnb.com\/help\/article\/99\/how-do-i-sync-my-airbnb-calendar-with-another-calendar\" target=\"_blank\"> this instructions<\/a> on Airbnb site.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting up Rates Updates for Airbnb <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">As soon as you activate the Instant Sync for your Airbnb listing, you can have to map the proper rate from ET to your listing, then Effective Tours will know the proper rates to update the particular listing, The mapping procedure is similar to all other channels.
